GameChanger is a dynamic tech company based in New York City, focused on enhancing the youth sports experience. We are seeking an iOS Software Engineer to join our Stats and Insights team. This role involves developing innovative features for our native iOS application, contributing to scorekeeping, advanced stats, team insights, community engagement, and fan experiences. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, QA Analysts, and Engineers to build engaging user-facing features and make architectural decisions. You will report to a Product Engineering Team Lead.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in iOS mobile app development using Swift or SwiftUI.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience delivering high-quality code and solutions.
- Experience weighing specific technical tradeoffs to maximize impact for effort.
- Experience creating detailed technical documentation.
- Comfort working in a cross-functional product team.
Responsibilities
- Build features for scorekeeping, advanced stats, team insights, community engagement, and fan experiences.
- Collaborate with peers on architectural and build decisions for applications.
- Partner with designers, testers, and product managers to develop optimal customer solutions.
- Engage in knowledge sharing and learning with engineers across the company.
- Engineer software solutions adhering to high-quality development standards, ensuring reliability and maintainability.

Compensation Details
The target salary range for this position is between $130,000 and $155,000. This is part of a total compensation package that includes incentive and benefits for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary based on factors such as experience, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Pay is regularly reviewed to ensure fairness and equality.
