Responsibilities

  • Deep product knowledge and disease area knowledge
  • Achieve/exceed regional targets
  • Execute market strategies outlined by the market manager
  • Identify target HCPs from appropriate market segments and collaborate to achieve promotion plans
  • Fully understand key HCPs in the local region and responsible area
  • Update customer data
  • Coordinate local "hospital meetings."
  • Timely update HCP information and conduct visits according to plan
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key HCPs, understand customer (medical) needs
  • Achieve and maintain company requirements on visit frequency, knowledge level, capabilities, behavior, and personal image
  • Regularly (daily) report visit situations in the ETMS system
  • Provide accurate reports and contact direct supervisor according to specified processes
  • Provide feedback to direct supervisor on the effectiveness of BMS promotional materials
  • Develop and enhance professional knowledge through training, conferences, and self-study of medical literature; share knowledge and experience with team members
  • Manage professional equipment and promotional materials, ensure they are in good condition
