Responsibilities

The intern will assist the front desk at the corporate office by handling phone calls and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. They will receive and distribute parcels and letters to the respective staff and manage office access cards for employees during onboarding and offboarding. The intern will assist in managing company activities, including office decorations and festive events, and will handle general office administration tasks such as maintaining office equipment, pantry supplies, and stationery. They are responsible for maintaining office cleanliness, managing inventory, and assisting with clerical duties as needed while ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable.
