Requirements

  • 3–5 years of People Operations experience, with 2+ years focused on international HR support (ideally in one or more of Cribl’s existing markets outside of Poland)
  • Strong understanding of Polish employment law and HR operations
  • Fluent English (spoken and written), with the ability to communicate clearly across multiple regions and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience managing HR workflows such as onboarding

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day delivery of People Operations activities across EMEA and APAC
  • Administer the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, contract and documentation management, and benefits administration
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Tier 1 HR inquiries from employees outside North America, providing timely and accurate support
  • Maintain accurate employee records across all People systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with local regulations
  • Collaborate and liaise with our global People Ops Team (based in the U.S.) to ensure global programs are embedded effectively in local markets, and local regulatory or cultural requirements are reflected in global processes
  • Monitor and track local compliance areas such as right-to-work checks, probationary periods, and leave of absence processes
  • Partner with our international benefits broker (MMB) and local vendors to administer and maintain benefits programs
  • Support key People Operations projects such as new entity launches, EOR processes administration, and policy design for benefits and leave
  • Coordinate with Payroll, Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and IT to ensure seamless operational delivery across regions
  • Maintain and continuously improve documentation of People Operations processes for each supported country
