Requirements

  • Collaborative mindset to assist on all aspects of marketing campaigns from planning to execution
  • Ability to handle, update, and circulate master Global C&J frontline release schedules from label schedules
  • Skills in compiling and circulating monthly Global Priorities Sheet and team newsletter
  • Experience assisting with setting up Infomails and circulation
  • Proficiency in meeting coordination, including organizing territory group calls and agenda management
  • Capability to collate marketing plans for priority projects, including marketing spend and activity
  • Ability to assist with preparation of monthly executive summaries for key priorities and ad hoc reports
  • Skills in setting up interview schedules with artists (Zoom, phone, face-to-face), arranging promotion trips, and accompanying artists
  • Experience arranging artist travel and preparing itineraries
  • Assistance in organizing launch events, showcases, and press conferences
  • Ability to collate international classical & jazz charts into a weekly newsletter format
  • Skills in organizing CD sales & signings for touring artists
  • Proficiency in arranging and preparing for conferences & meetings
  • Experience updating internal distribution databases
  • Ability to screen incoming press articles and coordinate press archives
  • Skills in arranging audio playlists for team Listening Sessions
  • Experience soliciting promo copies
  • General administration skills (couriers, filing, ordering stationery)
  • Willingness to carry out other reasonable instructions from the marketing team
  • Capability for ad hoc publishing clearances for named artists
  • Attendance at departmental, label, and relevant meetings, taking minutes as directed
  • Availability to attend concerts, showcases, and other work events
  • Commercial awareness in communicating and assisting marketing managers with the Global Priority system

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with International Marketing team in London and Berlin
  • Assist in all aspects of the marketing process for priority campaigns
  • Ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and timely
  • Provide general administrative support to the team
  • Support projects for releases from Deutsche Grammophon, Decca, Fontana, Mercury KX, Verve Label Group, Blue Note, and other Classics & Jazz repertoire
