Responsibilities

Work with teams operating within a service group, product group, and/or project group
Assist with the development, monitoring, coordination, and implementation of projects
Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis, industry research, reporting, and internal communication services with team members
Investigate and communicate potential opportunities for process improvement as well as potential project initiatives
Work with different departments including sales, marketing, and business development to develop knowledge of industry and organizational processes
Deliver and/or manage assigned projects from design to implementation while adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills
Identify, define, and address problems that are not immediately evident (typically not difficult or complex)
Make minor changes in systems and processes to solve problems
Communicate primarily with internal contacts within immediate group to gather, confirm, and convey information
