  • Enrolled in a graduate program for Human Resources or Labor & Industrial Relations
  • Strong academic performance
  • Authorized to work in the US on a full-time indefinite basis without the need for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future
  • Valid driver's license
  • Concurrent enrollment in a degree-seeking program for the duration of the experience
  • Military experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Work on short-term projects based on organizational needs, which may be team-oriented or individually driven, culminating in a finished product and presentation
  • Support the HR Business Partner organization, including interacting with client groups on performance management, employee and labor relations, compensation, recruiting, training and development, diversity initiatives, policy application and administration, program facilitation, data analysis, workforce/succession planning, and community relations
  • Work in field environments to understand the work of hourly and salary individual contributors and address related issues
  • Potential assignment to a Center of Excellence (CoE) in HR, such as Talent Acquisition or Performance, Learning and Organizational Development
