Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and motivate the team to create a positive in-store atmosphere
  • Recruit, onboard, and train team members with strong optical knowledge and customer care
  • Track KPIs and support the team in reaching sales and satisfaction goals, collaborating with HQ
  • Manage daily operations including scheduling, inventory, and efficient workflows
  • Guide customers through the eye test journey with care and expertise
  • Apply optical skills to help customers select frames and lenses, and perform precise adjustments and lens cutting
  • Lead one of the key stores during a 12-month maternity cover (40 hours full-time, on-site in Manchester)
