Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing customer service and support for customers in assigned region and/or designated clients
  • Analyze customer information needs and implement solutions utilizing existing and customized IntelliRisk products and services
  • Handle new user onboarding and training for insureds/brokers/agents as well as internal partners
  • Support underwriting, claims, and distribution groups in the promotion of IntelliRisk capabilities and utilization, including presentations to prospective customers
  • Identify and recommend product enhancements to better meet AIG operational and customer needs
  • Articulate and document business requirements for new or enhanced reporting or system functionality
  • Contribute and assist with all aspects of application testing for product releases
  • Manage data transfer processes to clients’ third-party vendor of choice and associated business, legal, and security requirements
  • Actively communicate and promote IntelliRisk capabilities and value by direct engagement with customers in conjunction with AIG service delivery teams
  • Work with regional underwriting, claims, and distribution teams to generate new business opportunities and identify data reporting solutions
