Requirements

  • Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance
  • Minimum of 8 years of combined experience in intelligence operations, targeting, or special operations support
  • Experience working directly with SOF units or equivalent mission sets
  • Deep understanding of the intelligence cycle, operational planning processes, and analytic methodologies
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate integration across diverse teams
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently in high-tempo, forward-leaning environments
  • Familiarity with current intelligence tools and platforms such as Palantir, TAC, or other all-source systems
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. Equivalent military experience will be considered

Responsibilities

  • Integrate intelligence and operations functions to support SOF missions in dynamic environments
  • Leverage existing and emerging capabilities to produce tailored intelligence products in support of mission planning and execution
  • Serve as a liaison between operational elements and intelligence professionals, facilitating collaboration and rapid information sharing
  • Provide subject matter expertise in operational planning, mission analysis, and targeting support
  • Support the development and refinement of intelligence-driven operational strategies
  • Work closely with partner agencies and units to maintain situational awareness and intelligence readiness
  • Deliver briefings, written products, and recommendations to command-level leadership and operational teams
