Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship
  • TS/SCI clearance eligibility
  • Prior experience with Palantir Gotham required (additional experience with Palantir Gaia and Palantir Foundry is a plus)
  • Technical background with working knowledge of HTML, Ruby, Python and/or Java, Microsoft Excel, as well as hardware, networks, and server administration
  • Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally 25% of the time
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • At least 4 years of prior Military experience is ideal (Special Operations background preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Identify goals, prioritize outcomes, and support the team’s broader efforts through providing desk-side training
  • Train analysts/operators in a classroom setting
  • Provide onsite support to advance team efforts through direct engagement with the users to troubleshoot user issues, gather feedback on capabilities and data integrations, iterate directly with users on new capabilities, and provide training and support as required
  • Attend customer meetings and develop strong relationships and advocacy within the customer organization at all levels
