Requirements

Candidates should have 4-5 years of experience as a Program Manager or Technical Project Manager within a SaaS company, with a strong preference for prior software engineering experience. Proven experience overseeing and delivering enterprise software integrations, particularly in the contact center, CCaaS, or customer engagement space, is required. A strong understanding of API concepts (REST, webhooks, OAuth2, JWT, event-driven architectures), browser extensions, and voice/email/chat communication platforms is essential. Excellent technical communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills are necessary, along with a proactive, systems-oriented mindset for scaling infrastructure-like program components in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
