The Integrations Engineer will enable the successful onboarding of enterprise clients onto the Doppel platform, coordinating the development lifecycle of various third-party integrations and SIEMs. They will troubleshoot and resolve SSO and authentication-related issues, enable webhook and API onboarding for customers, proactively identify and scale customer limits, manage parallel integration work streams, set and maintain deadlines, bridge communication gaps between engineering and other functions, and own product adoption and usage metrics related to integrations. Additionally, the role involves creating and maintaining dashboards to track customer API/webhook usage and system health, documenting and iterating on onboarding best practices.
