Doppel is seeking a client-facing professional to manage the onboarding and integration of enterprise clients onto the Doppel platform. This role involves coordinating the development lifecycle of third-party integrations and SIEMs, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring successful API/webhook enablement for various stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proficient technical background with an understanding of APIs, databases, and enterprise configuration management.
  • Proven project management experience with multiple parties across different time zones.
  • Strong customer-facing skills with a resilient, troubleshooting mindset.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to query data and build dashboards.

Responsibilities

  • Enable success of enterprise clients onboarding on the Doppel platform.
  • Coordinate development lifecycle of various third-party integrations and SIEMs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SSO and authentication-related issues (SAML, OAuth, etc.).
  • Enable webhook and API onboarding for internal and external customers.
  • Proactively identify and scale customer limits on the Doppel platform.
  • Manage the development of 4-5 parallel integration work streams with multiple stakeholders.
  • Set and maintain deadlines with clear communications.
  • Bridge communication gaps between engineering and other non-technical functions.
  • Facilitate API/Webhook enablement for marketing, CSMs, sales engineers, and customers.
  • Own product adoption and usage metrics related to integrations.
  • Create and maintain dashboards to track customer API/webhook usage and system health.
  • Document and iterate on onboarding and integration best practices.
