  • Commitment to staying ahead of PLG, AI-driven discovery, and integrated campaign best practices
  • Proficiency in testing, iterating, and optimizing based on funnel conversion and retention data

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute integrated, data-driven campaigns to accelerate product-led growth, trial sign-ups, and feature adoption
  • Partner with Product, Data, and Growth teams to identify opportunities for expansion and retention
  • Apply predictive analytics and AI-driven insights to optimize channel mix, audience targeting, and messaging
  • Lead cross-channel execution across paid, social, email, and in-product touchpoints aligned with PLG strategy
  • Drive SEO, AEO, and GEO in collaboration with the Senior SEO Manager
  • Manage outbound and inbound paid campaigns with the Senior Paid Media Manager, testing formats across major platforms
  • Partner with Email Marketing team to optimize newsletters, automated flows, and campaigns
  • Launch co-marketing, influencer, and affiliate campaigns to expand reach and drive free trials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Product, Product Lifecycle, Growth, Services, Creative) for integrated execution
  • Share insights and learnings with the marketing team to improve performance
  • Partner with Lifecycle Marketing to design campaigns driving awareness and adoption of new features
  • Stay ahead of best practices in PLG, AI-driven discovery, and campaigns; test and iterate tactics based on data
