A certification is required after starting the role, and strong communication, organization, and presentation skills are essential.
The Integrated Campaign Specialist will support the Growth and Customer Experience teams in developing and executing best-in-class multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content syndication, webinar/event execution, and chat workflows. They will provide strategic, consultative guidance to marketing partners on best practices, optimization, and the tools and technology available to support campaign and business objectives, as well as manage webinars, execute email marketing and automation, design multi-channel automated campaigns, and document project management processes.
