We are seeking dynamic, licensed Bilingual Insurance Sales Agents to join our growing Sales team. In this role, you will guide potential customers through the complexities of home insurance, leveraging qualified leads provided by our Marketing team. You will be instrumental in connecting with homeowners, providing expert consultations, closing sales, and building lasting customer relationships.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of homeowners insurance experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Call center experience is a plus.
  • Active P&C licensure within your current state of residence.
  • Outstanding communication skills with a natural ability to build relationships and gain trust.
  • Proven track record as a closer with strong negotiation skills and a history of exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented focus and a passion for hitting sales goals.
  • Ability to adhere to metrics, schedules, and training protocols while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and telephone software, with the ability to efficiently use multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Connecting with Potential Customers: Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and text to understand customer needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
  • Exceeding Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales goals by building strong relationships, applying effective sales techniques, and ensuring value in every interaction.
  • Showcasing Our Products: Clearly communicate the benefits of Kin's insurance offerings, confidently address customer questions, and deliver exceptional service throughout the process.
  • Maximizing Sales Potential: Leverage company-provided leads to drive sales, consistently follow up to move customers through the sales funnel, and achieve successful closes.
  • Collaborating with Teams: Partner with underwriters and customer service representatives to ensure a smooth and seamless experience from initial inquiry to policy issuance.
  • Guiding Customer Decisions: Simplify complex insurance jargon and educate customers on coverage options that best protect their homes.
