Prior experience working in a Jewish insurance firm is strongly preferred
Knowledge of insurance processes, quoting, underwriting basics, and policy maintenance

Responsibilities

Process insurance policy extensions, renewals, and modifications accurately
Prepare and deliver insurance quotes for new and existing clients

Coordinate with carriers to verify coverage details, premiums, and underwriting requirements
Support new outreach and sales efforts by contacting prospective clients and providing product information
Follow up with clients regarding outstanding documents, renewal deadlines, and eligible policy upgrades
Provide excellent customer service and ensure all client inquiries are handled promptly and professionally
Adhere to the compliance standards and workflow practices commonly followed in Jewish insurance
