Responsibilities

  • Work with portfolio companies to enhance operational, technology, and expense performance
  • Perform operational due diligence on deals / M&A transactions; assess operational and technology synergies and conduct operating expense analysis to inform bid pricing
  • Partner across Sixth Street asset management, accounting, operations, and engineering teams to build-out and mature infrastructure to onboard and manage insurance LP investment management mandates
  • Contribute to portfolio company operating expense and budgeting planning including staffing level assessments
  • Provide operational risk oversight of portfolio companies and support operational risk assessments
  • Recommend and support strategies to improve operations, process management, and project portfolio management of the Insurance business unit
  • Contribute to improving and refining interaction and engagement models between Sixth Street and insurance portfolio companies
  • Support the broader Insurance team on various projects in the U.S. and globally
  • Partner across the Insurance business unit and other Sixth Street business units to deliver value for the franchise
  • Work with Insurance portfolio companies on strategic priorities
