Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field, coupled with over 5 years of experience in Sales Enablement or Revenue Enablement, specializing in instructional design and content creation within a technical or IT context. Proficiency in multimedia and e-learning authoring tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline, and Camtasia is essential, as are strong written and verbal communication skills for simplifying complex technical information. Experience building courses in Learning Management Systems (LMS), including gamification and branching scenarios, is also required. Sales Enablement or Revenue Enablement certifications are considered a plus.
The Instructional Designer will design, develop, and deliver high-quality instructional materials such as user guides, video tutorials, interactive e-learning modules, and knowledge-based articles. They will create visually engaging multimedia content to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences and develop structured learning paths and curricula tailored to different user roles and proficiency levels. Responsibilities also include leveraging multimedia content creation tools, graphic design software, video editing tools, and e-learning authoring platforms, collaborating with SMEs and product marketing managers for content development, and staying updated on instructional design trends and best practices. Additionally, the role involves measuring training content effectiveness through assessments and feedback, refining materials for ongoing improvement, and participating in project planning to ensure timely content delivery.
