The ability to work across multiple content mediums, including long-form editorial, newsletters, video, and design graphics, to reach and engage institutional audiences is essential.

Responsibilities

The Institutional & B2B Content Manager will develop high-quality, segment-specific content for institutional audiences, including educational primers, white papers, case studies, collateral, and market insights to position Kraken as a trusted thought leader. They will produce compelling content assets that power lead generation campaigns, nurture programs, and sales conversations to support deal velocity and account growth across institutional and B2B segments. This role involves partnering with Growth, Product Marketing, and Sales to align messaging and ensure content is designed effectively for distribution across social media, web, newsletters, and performance marketing campaigns. The manager will leverage crypto and financial market trends, product developments, and client use cases to create timely, data-driven narratives that resonate with institutional buyers. Additionally, they will build and maintain a steady cadence of institutional newsletters, insights, and executive-ready materials to reinforce Kraken’s reputation as the partner of choice for sophisticated market participants.
