Requirements

  • Located in or near Denver/Boulder, CO area (Louisville, CO office); on-site 5 days/week required
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Strong interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and ability to excel in a team-oriented atmosphere
  • Excellent written/verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to grasp and explain technical concepts related to user needs
  • Tremendous organizational skills and ability to perform in a high-volume, high-transactional environment

Responsibilities

  • Sell JumpCloud Cloud Directory Platform to small and medium businesses, handling inbound lead flow to generate opportunities
  • Work directly with IT professionals and business stakeholders in North America (US, Canada, Mexico) to uncover challenges and position JumpCloud as the solution
  • Help prospective customers (IT admins, IT Directors, etc.) understand the platform and how it solves IT challenges in user management, device management, access control, and security
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle from lead to opportunity to close
  • Build expertise around the highly technical product and stay up to date with the fast-moving product release cycle
  • Use Salesforce to update, manage, and provide accurate weekly forecasts to leadership
  • Negotiate and close new business with small-sized businesses
  • Achieve success metrics: Opportunity Close Rate, Pipeline Generation, Annual Recurring Revenue, Quota Attainment
