Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field (advanced studies in health engineering and management are a plus)
  • Ability to combine technical understanding with a commercial approach
  • Basic understanding of the upstream and downstream workflows in Bioproduction processes
  • Comfortable working both independently and in cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce.com) and analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel) is advantageous
  • Previous experience in sales, business development
  • Self-motivated, passionate, and a great team spirit

Responsibilities

  • Maintain regular contact with customers, ensuring professional support and high-quality service
  • Assist customers in choosing the most suitable products and services for their projects
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales action plans
  • Identify and develop new opportunities for Pharma Analytics Assays, hardware, and software adoption
  • Apply market and field data-based prospecting to identify new potential opportunities and customers
  • Support internal projects within the Bioproduction Group, from data reporting to strategy development
  • Analyze customer and market data to generate insights and support account planning
  • Manage assigned accounts and coordinate the sales process using CRM tools
  • Conduct market research and track competitors to identify growth opportunities
