Responsibilities

  • Regionale Umsatzverantwortung
  • Abgabe von Verkaufsprognosen sowie Erstellung von Umsatzanalysen
  • Steigerung des Umsatzes und Marktanteils sowie regelmäßige Gebietsreviews mit dem Sales Manager
  • Bestandskundenbetreuung sowie Neukundenakquise in der Rhythmologie und Aufbau einer nachhaltigen Kundenbeziehung zu allen Stakeholdern in der Klinik
  • Durchführung aller verkaufsrelevanten Maßnahmen vom Erstkontakt über Produktpräsentation inklusive gesundheitsökonomischer Kalkulation, über die Verhandlung, bis hin zum Abschluss und der erfolgreichen Implementierung der Therapie beim Kunden
  • Entwicklung, Abstimmung und Umsetzung einer kundenindividuellen Verkaufsstrategie unter Berücksichtigung der jeweiligen Marktgegebenheiten in Abstimmung mit dem Sales Manager
  • Umsetzung von Marketingstrategien und Kampagnen unter Verwendung des Accountplanungstools, um Accountstrategien, Taktiken und Aktionen langfristig und kurzfristig zu planen
  • Erfassung und Meldung aller Klinik-, Markt- und Wettbewerbsinformationen sowie Trends und Entwicklungen umfassend, vollständig und zeitnah an das Management
  • Entwicklung von Netzwerken im Gesundheitswesen mit dem Ziel, Medtronic-Therapien in der Rhythmologie noch weiter zu etablieren
  • Business übergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit allen Geschäftsbereichen von Medtronic
