Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to leads and nurture them through the sales funnel
  • Provide consultative sales guidance, educating prospects on product features, use cases, and pricing options
  • Deliver compelling product walkthroughs or live demos where applicable
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions to drive conversions and renewals
  • Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Accurately document customer interactions and pipeline activity in Salesforce (or other CRM tools)
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service on every call
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, including monthly targets for conversion rates, qualified opportunities, and closed deals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback and enhance the customer experience
  • Collaborate with teammates and contribute to the positive, high-energy sales culture
  • Support subscription renewals and identify upsell opportunities where applicable
  • Minimize customer churn by ensuring timely and successful renewals through proactive engagement and issue resolution
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product developments, market trends, and competitive landscape
