• Salary: Base Pay with uncapped monthly commission. The average sales agent makes around $150,000/yr (base + commission + bonus). Base Salary Range: $15 - $18.15 USD

Beyond Finance is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to help everyday Americans escape debt and achieve financial freedom. In this role, you will engage with prospective consumers who have requested information regarding debt consolidation options, assess their financial situations, and provide tailored solutions.

About the Role

• No cold calling; all prospective customers have requested debt consolidation solutions.
• Assess customer financial situations and guide them toward the best solutions.
• Build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients.
• Ensure all sales transactions adhere to compliance standards.
• Contribute to a supportive team environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Proven success exceeding goals in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Ability to view challenges as opportunities and objections as buying questions.
• Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Financial Services experience is a plus.
• Strong written, verbal, and oral communication skills.
