Requirements

  • 2+ years' previous sales experience required (inside sales, telesales, or outbound sales experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
  • C1 level in German (plus English)
  • High-energy, goal-oriented, and a strong team player
  • Customer-first mindset with a proven ability to build rapport quickly
  • Experience working with mid-market customers and handling subscription renewals is a plus (but not required)
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus (but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to inbound warm leads and nurture them through the sales funnel
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions to drive conversions and renewals
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service on every call
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Collaborate with teammates and contribute to the positive, high-energy sales culture
  • Accurately document customer interactions and pipeline activity in Salesforce (or other CRM tools)
  • Support subscription renewals and identify upsell opportunities where applicable
