Requirements

  • 2–4 years of full-cycle inside-sales or closing experience (SaaS, hospitality, SMB preferred)
  • Proven success meeting or exceeding quota in a high-velocity sales environment (both inbound and outbound)

Responsibilities

  • Run a high volume of qualified demos (Zoom + phone) to convert leads into customers
  • Own the entire sales cycle from discovery to close within a defined SMB segment
  • Partner with SDRs and Marketing to follow up on warm leads and self-source new opportunities
  • Deliver high-velocity pipeline coverage and exceed monthly quota
  • Manage all activity in Salesforce with precision and consistency
  • Collaborate daily with peers and leadership to refine messaging, process, and close strategy
  • Provide feedback to Marketing and Product teams on lead quality, objections, and market insights
  • Build trusted relationships with independent restaurant owners and operators
