Candidates should possess an undergraduate degree (BS/BA) and at least 2 years of inside sales experience. Proven success in people leadership, creative problem-solving to drive sales performance, excellent communication, interpersonal, business management, and computer skills are required. The ability to function as a change agent, continuous learner, and to push oneself and others beyond dominant logic, along with the capacity to work effectively in a cross-functional, fluid, complex, and ever-changing environment, is essential.
The Inside and Digital Sales Manager will lead and develop a high-performing team of Inside & Digital Sales Representatives, utilizing solution coaching, business planning, and change management to maximize sales performance. Responsibilities include attracting, developing, evaluating, and retaining top talent, spending 75% of available time on sales-coaching, and directing the business activities of sales representatives to meet objectives. This includes developing and executing area business plans, maintaining product portfolio knowledge, meeting or exceeding sales objectives, successfully leading new product launches, improving key sales metrics, developing annual strategic business plans, managing analytical insights reports, coordinating marketing efforts, handling administrative and reporting documents, attending meetings, and performing special projects as assigned.
