Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with a minimum of 10+ years of relevant work experience in the industry, and at least 8+ years in a similar role in software engineering. Prior experience with RADIENCE and PATHFINDER projects, including implementation, upgrade, transformation, or enhancement, is required.

Responsibilities

The Business Analyst will lead and participate in the design, development, and improvement of insurance and financial products, working closely with business stakeholders to understand and implement new or modified business solutions and processes. They will gather, analyze, and document business requirements, coordinate with developers to create system specifications, document use cases and user stories, conduct functional integration testing, identify test scenarios, prepare test plans, and execute acceptance testing. The Business Analyst will also collaborate with technical teams to support system enhancements and process changes, identify opportunities to streamline business processes, conduct systems training, provide post-implementation support, and offer guidance and mentorship to other resources.
