Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 5+ years of Infrastructure / DevOps / SRE experience
Experience with a major Cloud provider (AWS preferred)
Shown ability with configuration management and service orchestration tools such as Terraform, Kubernetes, and Docker (EKS preferred)
Experience administering Linux systems
Proficient in one or more major programming languages, such as Go or TypeScript / Node.js
Knowledge of modern database technologies and infrastructure, such as MongoDB or PostgresSQL

Responsibilities

Operate, maintain and enhance our AWS Infrastructure
Write Infrastructure-as-Code for provisioning and operating infrastructure in reliable and repeatable fashion
Build DevOps tooling and CI/CD Pipelines
Provide on-going maintenance and support of internal tools, improve system health and reliability
Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation and be an escalation contact for service incidents
Encourage great habits to enhance team practices by participating in code reviews and offering peer mentorship / support
