Minimum 7.5-10 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations
15 years full time education
Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations (Must Have skill)
Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures
Experience with troubleshooting network connectivity issues
Familiarity with network monitoring tools and techniques
Ability to implement and manage network security measures

Responsibilities

Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products (remote and onsite)
Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across server and network areas, and for specific software solutions/vendors/brands
Perform L1 and L2/basic and intermediate level troubleshooting
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform tasks
Take responsibility for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their technical skills
Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement
