Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration
Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration (Must Have skill)
Strong understanding of server and network administration
Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues at L1 and L2 levels
Familiarity with operating system-level technology implementation across server and network areas

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Responsibilities

Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (remote and onsite)
Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands
Perform L1 and L2/basic and intermediate level troubleshooting
Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Actively participate/contribute in team discussions
Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems
Assist in the documentation of technical processes and procedures to enhance team knowledge
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices
