Requirements

  • Minimum 2 year(s) of experience (with some sections noting 0-2 years) in Service Desk Management
  • 15 years full time education
  • Proficiency in Service Desk Management (Must Have skill)
  • Good to have: Experience with customer relationship management tools
  • Strong understanding of incident management processes
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and service level agreements
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users

Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (remote and onsite)
  • Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands
  • Perform L1 and L2/basic and intermediate level troubleshooting
  • Build knowledge and support the team
  • Participate in Problem Solving discussions
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving client issues effectively
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Document client interactions and resolutions to improve future support processes
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure smooth operation of systems
  • Leverage product knowledge to identify client issues and design effective resolutions
