Responsibilities

Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (remote and onsite)
Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands
Perform L1 and L2/basic and intermediate level troubleshooting for configured services running on various platforms, operating within defined operating model and processes
Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Actively participate/contribute in team discussions
Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems
Assist in the documentation of technical processes and procedures to enhance team knowledge
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices
