Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent experience, along with advanced English proficiency. They should have 2-4 years of experience in information security, compliance, or a related role, and familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST 800-53, GDPR, and LGPD. Experience with vulnerability management tools and practices, and knowledge of security technologies like SSO, MFA, and MDM are also required.

Responsibilities

The Information Security Analyst will provide assistance in conducting security and privacy audits aligned with various standards, work closely with the Information Security Officer and Data Protection Officer to address audit findings, collect and analyze compliance data, identify and assess vulnerabilities, support IT teams in strengthening security, perform log analysis, and contribute to configuration management. They will also design and deliver security awareness training programs, collaborate with teams across multiple organizations to harmonize security initiatives, and potentially assist in managing security projects and facilitating cross-functional coordination efforts.
