Requirements
The Information Security Analyst should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, and have at least 3 years of experience in information security. Strong knowledge of security principles, risk management, and security technologies is required, along with experience in SIEM platforms and vulnerability management. Experience with cloud security and various security tools such as SIEM, anti-virus, DLP, PAM, and IAM is also preferred.
Responsibilities
The Information Security Analyst will monitor and assess security incidents from the SIEM platform, assist with vulnerability management program, provide advice on tuning alerts, actively assist with Security Incident Response, manage security infrastructure, work with business groups to develop a proactive security presence, act as a technical lead in security projects, assist with security audits, participate in security investigations, evaluate security tools, and report monthly security KPIs. They will also perform ad hoc threat risk assessments and facilitate remediation tasks, as well as research and assess new threats and security alerts.
