Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit beauty influencers and content creators aligned with the brand’s image and values
  • Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns — from outreach and negotiation to content approval and performance analysis
  • Develop creative briefs and ensure influencer content aligns with brand messaging, tone, and visual guidelines
  • Coordinate product seeding initiatives and track delivery, posting, and engagement results
  • Maintain an influencer database and track campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI)
  • Collaborate with the social brand teams to amplify influencer paid and seeding campaigns
  • Support product launches, events, and activations through influencer partnerships and user-generated content
  • Monitor trends, competitor activities, and viral moments in the beauty and influencer space to inform strategy
  • Cultivate long-term partnerships with top-tier and emerging beauty influencers
  • Attend beauty industry events, influencer meet-ups and launches
  • Support brand ambassador programs and collaborations with creators
  • Analyse influencer campaign data to measure effectiveness and report key insights to management
