Skills in mentoring and training stakeholders in continuous improvement practices
Capability to act as a change agent, communicating changes and fostering a continuous improvement culture

Responsibilities

Serve as the OpEx Lead of a production line(s) reliability team(s)
Facilitate cross-functional Kaizen events, root cause analysis, and focused problem solving
Execute continuous improvement initiatives/projects in support of site objectives
Mentor/train key stakeholders in the use and practice of continuous improvement methodologies and tools (Lean, value stream mapping, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
Assess current processes and standard workflow and identify process improvement opportunities
Facilitate the execution of various value stream mapping, Focus Problem Solving, and Kaizen events
Act as a change agent by communicating changes to employees and helping them learn, understand, adjust, and grow within the continuous improvement culture
Develop and implement data analyses
