Responsibilities

  • Serve as the OpEx Lead of a production line(s) reliability team(s)
  • Facilitate cross-functional Kaizen events, root cause analysis, and focused problem solving
  • Execute continuous improvement initiatives/projects in support of site objectives
  • Mentor/train key stakeholders in the use and practice of continuous improvement methodologies and tools (Lean, value stream mapping, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
  • Assess current processes and standard workflow and identify process improvement opportunities
  • Facilitate the execution of various value stream mapping, Focus Problem Solving, and Kaizen events
  • Act as a change agent by communicating changes to employees and helping them learn, understand, adjust, and grow within the continuous improvement culture
  • Develop and implement data analyses
