Responsibilities

  • Build relationships through coaching and development of retail/dealer partners to drive sales and increase knowledge of Comcast services
  • Participate in developing marketing plans for store grand openings and special events, ensuring successful implementation
  • Participate in creating and managing incentive programs to encourage desired performance from retailers/dealers
  • Ensure merchandising and collateral comply with Comcast standards; audit signage and brochures; coach on compliance
  • Identify and recommend termination of non-performing dealer contracts to management
  • Facilitate in-store training programs on Comcast's competitive advantages, products, services, promotions, methods, procedures, and G2B ordering system
  • Provide formal and one-on-one training and coaching to meet and exceed store quotas
  • Act as company representative at retail/dealer locations, providing support and side-by-side selling/shadowing during high-traffic periods
  • Observe employee sales techniques and customer interactions, coaching on Comcast selling strategies
  • Maintain sales records and prepare sales and activity reports as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned
