Requirements
- Familiarity with Business Process Management (BPM) platforms like Camunda BPM or equivalent to design and automate business workflows
- Skilled in system administration, including routine infrastructure maintenance such as backups, patch management, and hotfix deployments
- Proven experience in DevOps and CI/CD expertise, designing, configuring, and managing pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
- Strong proficiency in infrastructure automation and provisioning using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet
- Hands-on experience with monitoring and telemetry systems (e.g., Grafana, OpenObserve, Prometheus, ELK Stack) for observability, logging, and tracing
- Ability to develop, test, and deploy automation scripts using Ansible, Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Working knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with focus on optimizing IT resource utilization and cost efficiency
- Experience in Agile practices, including participation in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and continuous delivery
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and manage complex infrastructure with deep focus on DevOps CI/CD pipelines
- Implement and maintain comprehensive telemetry stacks (monitoring, logging, tracing) using tools like OpenObserve, Grafana, MMS Dashboards for system health management
- Develop, test, and deploy automation scripting for infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and application deployment, preferring Ansible
- Utilize knowledge of Camunda BPM to automate and manage business workflows
- Operate as an Agile practitioner, participating in ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to support continuous delivery
- Perform routine maintenance tasks for infrastructure systems, including backups, patch management, and hotfixes
