Responsibilities

Develop relationships with clients and facilitate collaboration
Act as an Incident Commander for emergencies and response
Provide discreet lobby security during business operations
Data entry
Providing assistance to employees
General information and direction
Parcel delivery
Lost and found
Guest check-in and badging requests for temporary employees, vendors, and contractors
Track and report on program performance assurance and compliance requirements
Perform routine security patrols of designated areas on foot
Monitor access and watch for unusual activity
Respond immediately and safely to emergency situations on site
Contact the police or fire department if and when there is an emergency
Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitor entrances and exits
Observe departing personnel to protect against theft of company property
Prepare reports on accidents and incidents
