Requirements

The Incentives and Grants Manager should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, an organized approach, and the ability to research and analyze complex funding programs. Familiarity with federal, state, and local incentive programs for medium-duty electric vehicles and battery technologies is preferred, as is experience working with grant applications and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

This role involves researching and compiling incentives for various territories and product verticals, including federal, state, and local medium-duty electric vehicle vouchers and rebates, as well as charging and infrastructure incentives. The manager will also create sales presentations and one-pagers, develop spreadsheets outlining acquisition costs with incentives, attend webinars and seminars, communicate with customers on available incentives, and assist with compliance activities related to incentive and grant programs. Additionally, the position will involve identifying new grant opportunities, potentially co-writing grants, and collaborating with internal and external teams to gather information and conduct analyses.
