Requirements

  • Industry experience in real estate, property management, or a leasing office
  • Excellent and fluent English communication skills
  • Friendly, professional phone manner and proactive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Confident with computers, including MS Office and Outlook
  • Fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and ability to support a wired Ethernet connection
  • Reliable power backup solution to manage load shedding and power outages
  • Availability to work EST hours Mon-Fri from 9am to 6pm EST (currently 16:00 to 01:00 South African time, subject to change with daylight savings)
  • Availability to work on both South African and US public holidays

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and emails from tenants and prospects
  • Schedule appointments and property showings
  • Follow up on leads, rental inquiries, and missed calls
  • Assist with rent questions, maintenance requests, and general property information
  • Update internal systems and maintain accurate records of communications
