Requirements

Industry experience in real estate, property management, or a leasing office
Excellent and fluent English communication skills
Friendly, professional phone manner and proactive attitude
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Confident with computers, including MS Office and Outlook
Fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and ability to support a wired Ethernet connection
Reliable power backup solution to manage load shedding and power outages
Availability to work EST hours Mon-Fri from 9am to 6pm EST (currently 16:00 to 01:00 South African time, subject to change with daylight savings)
Availability to work on both South African and US public holidays

Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls and emails from tenants and prospects
Schedule appointments and property showings
Follow up on leads, rental inquiries, and missed calls
Assist with rent questions, maintenance requests, and general property information
Update internal systems and maintain accurate records of communications
