Inbound & Outbound Customer Service Agent - EST Hours (Remote) at A1M Solutions

Yes, this is a fully remote role requiring EST hours Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm EST, which currently translates to 16:00 to 01:00 South African time and may change with US daylight savings.

Requirements include industry experience in real estate, property management, or a leasing office; excellent and fluent English communication skills; friendly, professional phone manner and proactive attitude; strong attention to detail and multitasking ability; and confidence with computers including MS Office and Outlook.

A fixed fibre line with minimum 25 Mbps upload and download speeds supporting a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory, along with a reliable power backup solution to manage load shedding and outages.

Responsibilities include handling incoming calls and emails from tenants and prospects, scheduling appointments and property showings, following up on leads and inquiries, assisting with rent questions and maintenance requests, and updating internal systems.

Strong candidates will have real estate or property management experience, fluent English skills with a professional phone manner, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and the required home internet and power setup.
