Requirements

Candidates must have at least one year of call center experience (inbound or outbound), reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zone in one of the states listed, and possess two years of customer service experience. Strong customer service orientation, attention to detail, strong typing and computer navigation skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, effective verbal and listening communication skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent are required.

Responsibilities

The Inbound Contacts Representative will address incoming telephone, digital, or written inquiries, perform basic administrative tasks, resolve customer issues and answer benefit questions, record customer interactions, escalate unresolved grievances, and follow a training schedule including virtual training and a subsequent work schedule from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern time, potentially including weekends and overtime, while adhering to an attendance policy during the initial 120-day appraisal period.
