Requirements

Responsibilities

Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees, both face-to-face and via online platforms (e.g., Google Meet)
Convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner to facilitate effective learning and comprehension
Create and develop comprehensive training programs, manuals, and materials tailored to process requirements
Regularly update training materials to ensure alignment with changes in processes, procedures, and systems
Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, quizzes, and practical exercises (On-the-Job Training - OJT)
Maintain detailed and accurate records of training activities, session outcomes, and trainee performance data
