Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of 1 year of administrative, support, or data entry experience, along with at least 1 year of healthcare background including an understanding of Medicare and Medicaid. Proficiency in using multiple computer applications simultaneously, a proactive attitude, excellent time management skills, and comfort with process changes are essential. Prior experience with Microsoft Office programs is required. Preferred qualifications include experience with specific systems like DD, qTest, HPAS, Wicket, APEX, PMPD, PAAG, CAS, and Mentor, as well as prior work in a fast-paced, metric-driven setting and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

The Provider Installation Representative will be responsible for building forms, typically in June and July, and maintaining accurate provider information for online and printed directories. Key duties include inputting data criteria into DD, proofreading paper directories every 30 days, submitting and closing out defects found within directories, reviewing dashboard reports for potential issues, and researching provider information sent via email. The role also involves collaborating with the IDC team and Directories Team Auditors to ensure a positive member experience.
