Requirements

Candidates must possess a law degree and be qualified to practice law in the UK. A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial law, particularly in contract negotiation and drafting, is required. Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide strategic legal guidance are essential, along with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

The In-House Counsel will provide strategic legal guidance to the UKI business, advise on commercial deal structuring, and negotiate and draft contracts. They will support the European business with cross-jurisdictional deals and assist the procurement function with vendor agreements. The role also includes supporting customer and data teams with data-related contracts and advising finance functions on documentation and revenue recognition.
