Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Delivery Expert Setup Operation
  • Motivate, develop, and guide a team of remote Technicians across the U.S. to ensure outstanding customer service, consistent product offering, and effective task follow-through
  • Manage and instruct the daily activities of the team including using all available instruments to ensure effective supervision, planning, and managing functions
  • Develop experts while driving sales, operational, and customer service metrics by motivating experts, holding them accountable for performance, and providing consistent and targeted feedback
  • Demonstrate understanding of sales behaviors, resources, and customer service best practices while educating teams on Asurion products to Serve, Solve, and Sell with every interaction
  • Use data to develop action plans for the team to drive sales and operational performance consistent with Asurion’s Core Values
  • Resolve client and internal complaints and questions
  • Communicate solutions, effectiveness, best practices, and opportunities within the organization
  • Adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Supervise 5-15 employees
  • Travel up to 30% of the time, including overnight
