Responsibilities

  • Perform emergency repairs, installations, site integrations, routine maintenance, and general technical service and support for internal and external customers
  • Collaborate across Sales, Engineering, and Service Operations to drive technical solutions and resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently
  • Ensure world-class support outcomes, including Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), issue resolution time, and first-time-fix metrics
  • Document and complete service administration activities promptly in CRM
