Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team providing daily VisaNet project management support to financial institutions, processors, merchants, and partners, including client project implementations and cluster support
  • Oversee Visa Client Implementation and business resources to onboard new Visa clients and implement new/enhanced products and services
  • Provide leadership and management for a team of individual contributors responsible for implementation and integration of VisaNet products
  • Deploy and improve processes and procedures aligning with global and regional strategies, applying knowledge of Visa products and systems for effective project implementation
  • Provide leadership and direction for complex cross-regional or cross-functional client projects to achieve customer and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Develop, coach, mentor, and motivate staff; maximize team engagement and performance; complete performance reviews and salary evaluations
  • Set goals and KPIs for the team and drive execution to support Visa’s digital strategy and leadership in the payment ecosystem
  • Provide subject matter expertise on client processing issues, environments, interfaces, business priorities, and implementation strategy
  • Lead and manage large or complex project programs, cross-functional/cross-regional work to achieve business goals
  • Build strong relationships with clusters, clients, and act as escalation point for the team and markets
  • Build strong partnerships with Product, AE, and Client Services internal stakeholders
  • Drive efficiency and effectiveness on deliverables to maximize client satisfaction and protect brand preference
  • Encourage a culture of continuous learning and maintain knowledge of new products and technology
  • Influence internal and client decision makers for product adoption, processing strategy changes, and new service implementation
  • Interact with resources at all organizational levels internally and externally, influencing decisions through negotiation and consultative input
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement to shorten cycle times, improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction
